01Commission

• Joining as a vendor is free.
• até-komë Ventures charges a 10% commission on the total sales price of each product sold through our platform.
• The commission is automatically deducted from the sale before your payout is processed.

02Payouts

• Customers pay até·komë at checkout; we pay you the balance after commission.
• Payouts are processed monthly, once your available balance reaches at least RM100.
• Payments are made directly to the bank account in your vendor profile. Please keep it up to date.

03Product listings

• You are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate and comply with our guidelines and Malaysian law.
• Misleading, counterfeit, inappropriate or prohibited items are not allowed and may lead to suspension or termination.

04Order fulfilment

• You ship your own orders promptly and provide tracking details where available.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, report completed transactions so the commission can be calculated.

05Disputes & refunds

• Handle customer questions, returns and refund requests promptly and professionally, in line with our Delivery & Returns policy.
• até·komë may step in to mediate a dispute and make the final decision where needed.

06Compliance

• Follow all applicable local and international laws when selling on our platform.
• We may review and remove any content or listing that breaks our policies.

07Account suspension or termination

Vendors who break these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice. Examples include:

• Not paying commissions.
• Consistently poor customer reviews.
• Breaking the product listing guidelines.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Vendors will be told about significant changes by email or a platform announcement.

09Agreement

By registering as a vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
