1. Commission Rate
- até-komë Ventures charges a 10% commission on the total sales price of each product sold through our platform.
- The commission is automatically deducted from the sales revenue before payouts are processed.
2. Payouts
- Payouts are processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis.
- Vendors must maintain a minimum account balance of RM50 to request a withdrawal.
- Payments are made directly to the bank account specified in your vendor profile.
3. Product Listings
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product listings comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws.
- Misleading, inappropriate, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Order Fulfillment
- Vendors are required to fulfill orders promptly and provide accurate tracking information when applicable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the vendor must report completed transactions to ensure commission calculation.
5. Disputes and Refunds
- Vendors must handle disputes and refund requests in a timely and professional manner.
- até-komë Ventures reserves the right to mediate disputes and make the final decision if necessary.
6. Compliance
- Vendors must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when conducting business on our platform.
- até-komë Ventures reserves the right to review and remove any content or listings that violate our policies.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
- Vendors who violate these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- Examples of violations include:
- Non-payment of commissions.
- Consistent poor customer reviews.
- Breach of product listing guidelines.
