até-komë Ventures may update these terms from time to time. New tools and features added to the Programme are also covered by these terms. Continuing to use the Programme after a change means you accept it.

Breaking any of these terms can lead to your account being closed and any commission earned through the violation being forfeited. You take part in the Programme at your own risk.

02Account terms

• You must be 18 or older.
• Accounts must be registered by a real person, not by bots or automated methods.
• Give your full legal name, a valid email and any other details we ask for.
• One login per person, and one account per person or business.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Do not use the Programme for anything illegal or to earn commission on your own purchases.

03Links, banners & promotion

• You will receive a unique affiliate link / code. You may use it, along with the banners and artwork we provide, on your website, social media, emails and messages.
• Commission is only earned on sales made through your correctly formatted affiliate links ("Special Links"). We are not responsible for sales lost because a link or code was used incorrectly.
• Affiliate links should point to the page of the product being promoted.

04Commission & payment

• You earn commission when a customer clicks your Special Link and completes an order during that visit.
• For products sold through our partner platforms, you receive 50–60% of the commission até·komë earns. For example, if até·komë earns RM0.10 on a sale, you earn RM0.06 at 60%.
• We only pay commission that is automatically tracked and recorded by our system — not claims that a purchase or code was used.
• Commission earned through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive marketing will be disqualified.
• Payouts are made monthly once your earnings pass RM100. If you are below RM100, the balance carries over to the following month.

05How to represent us

• Do not issue press releases about your participation in the Programme.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with us — you may not say you are part of até·komë or that we endorse you or any cause.
• Do not buy products through your own affiliate link for your own use. This may lead to commission being withheld or your account being closed.
• Always tell your audience that you may earn a commission from your links.

06Customers

Customers who buy through the Programme are our customers, and our normal policies apply to their orders. We set product prices, which can change at any time, so please don't display fixed prices on your site.

07Your responsibilities

• The content, operation and accuracy of your own website or social channels.
• Making sure your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy, and is not defamatory or illegal.
• Having a privacy notice if you collect visitor data or use cookies or ads on your site.

08Compliance with laws

You must follow all laws that apply to you, including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and do not send spam or unsolicited messages.

09Term & termination

• This agreement starts when we accept your application and continues until either side ends it with written notice.
• When it ends, you must remove all links to atekome.com and all our logos and materials.
• We may suspend or close any account at our discretion. Commission earned through fraudulent or questionable methods will be forfeited; legitimate earnings above RM100 will be paid out.

10Relationship, liability & disclaimers

• You and até·komë are independent parties. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost revenue or data). Our total liability is limited to the commission paid or payable to you.
• The Programme is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always run without interruption or errors.
• You confirm you have evaluated the Programme yourself and are not relying on any promise not written in these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kuala Lumpur. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. If we don't enforce a term, we can still enforce it later. These terms replace any earlier version.
