atekome.com is operated by até-komë Ventures (Registration No. 202403309985 / 003671568-T), Malaysia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean até-komë Ventures, and "you" means anyone using the website or buying from us.
02Using the website
- Use the website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse it.
- If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may update, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time.
03Products & prices
- Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
- We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.
- Prices and stock can change without notice. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
04Orders & payment
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
- Payments are made through secure payment gateways, such as credit/debit card and online banking. We do not store your card details.
- Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered on our Delivery & Returns page.
- Businesses, schools and agencies can request a formal quotation; quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
05Marketplace vendors
Some products are listed and sold by independent vendors on our marketplace. Each vendor is responsible for its own listings, stock and shipping, under our Vendor Terms & Conditions. If you have a problem with a vendor's order, contact us and we will help resolve it.
06Partner & affiliate links
Some links on our website go to partner platforms such as Shopee, Trip.com and AliExpress. We may earn a small commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases made on those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. Our own affiliate programme is covered by the Affiliate Terms.
07Content & trademarks
The até·komë name, logo and the original text and images on this website belong to até-komë Ventures and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.
08Limitation of liability
- Our advice and product recommendations are given in good faith to help you choose suitable equipment; final suitability for your setup is your decision.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
