02What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address when you create an account, place an order, request a quotation or contact us.
• Order information: what you bought, order value and order history.
• Payment: payments are processed by secure payment gateways. We do not see or store your full card or banking details.
• Vendor and affiliate accounts: business details and the bank account you give us for payouts.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and cookies (see below).

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
• To reply to your messages and quotation requests.
• To run vendor and affiliate accounts, including commission tracking and payouts.

• Couriers, to deliver your parcel.
• Payment gateways, to process your payment.
• Marketplace vendors, when you buy a product they sell, so they can ship it to you.
• Service providers that help us run the website (for example hosting, email and analytics).
• Authorities, when required by law.

05Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the site and show relevant ads.

• Google Analytics helps us understand website traffic.
• Google AdSense: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show ads to you based on your visits. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or visit aboutads.info.
• Facebook and TikTok pixels measure the results of our social media ads.
• Partner links (Shopee, Trip.com, AliExpress and others) use cookies to record that a visit came from atekome.com. Once you leave our site, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

• We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements.

Under the PDPA you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
• Ask us to close your account and delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
